Article 1. Title and scope. The "Spanish Association of Manufacturers of Water Meters" is a professional organization is indefinite for the assistance and coordination of the different Spanish companies or companies that manufacture equipment title. It will use the anagram "ANFAGUA". To carry out its purposes, the Association has legal personality and capacity to acquire, hold, encumber or dispose of property and perform all acts and contracts, as well as exercise remedies and hold the representation of this industry, but pursue, in any way, profit. The geographical area of the State will be the Spanish and submission to the Law 19/1977 of 1 April and the Royal Decree 873/1977 of April 22.
