The data that ANFAGUA may collect through the use and navigation of the website, through our forms, via email or as a result of the contractual relationship that binds you to ANFAGUA are personal data.

      The express consent given by you at the time you send us the request via email.

  2. Spontaneous candidacies.
    1. Purpose. To make you participate in the personnel selection processes carried out by ANFAGUA.
    2. Legitimation.
      The express consent given by the interested party by virtue of his or her spontaneous candidacy.
    3. Addressees.
      No data will be transferred to third parties, unless the transfer is lawful in accordance with the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation and the Spanish legislation in force.
  3. Access to user account.
    1. Purpose.
      To manage your access through the username and password provided by ANFAGUA at the time of enrollment in the course.
    2. Legitimation.
      The legitimacy for the processing of personal data is the execution of the existing relationship between the parties and the consent of the data subject.
    3. Recipients.
      No data will be transferred to third parties unless legally required.

3. OTHER DATA PROCESSING

  1. Exclusively for professional contacts.
    1. Purpose.
      In ANFAGUA we process your personal data in order to maintain the professional relationship that we have between us.
    2. Legitimation.
      Legitimate interest.
    3. Addressees.
      No data will be transferred to third parties, unless the transfer is lawful in accordance with the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation and the Spanish legislation in force.
  2. Invoices.
    1. Purpose.
      At ANFAGUA we process your personal data in order to manage the services derived from the existing relationship between the parties, as well as the commitments derived from the same.
    2. Legitimation.
      The legitimacy for the processing of your data is the express consent of the data subject, the execution of a contract and compliance with the following legal obligations that apply to us:

      • The retention periods of your data after the end of the contractual relationship is based on compliance with the provisions of the Commercial Code.
      • Communication of your data when requested by the Tax Inspectorate is covered by Law 58/2003, of December 17, 2003, General Tax Law.
      • Recipients.
        In general, data will not be transferred to third parties, unless legally required.
        In those cases where it is necessary, customer data may be transferred to the following organizations, in compliance with a legal obligation:

        • The data necessary for the fulfillment of the legal obligation may be transferred to the Spanish Tax Agency.
        • To the corresponding banking entities, in order to be up to date with payments.
        • In the event that we are requested to do so, your data will be transferred to the Labor Inspectorate.

4. CONSERVATION PERIODS

PROCESSING OF DATA COLLECTED THROUGH THE WEBSITE
Information provided through e-mails made available on the website Once we have responded to your request for information, the data will be kept for a maximum of 6 months as proof of possible further claims.
Spontaneous applications In accordance with ANFAGUA‘s retention policy, your personal data will be kept for a maximum period of ONE YEAR from the receipt of the curriculum vitae.
Access to the private area of the website Your personal data will be kept until the end of your membership.
After the cancellation of the user account, the data will remain blocked in our databases but will be kept until the statute of limitations of possible legal responsibilities has expired.

 

OTHER DATA PROCESSING
Exclusively for professional contacts Until the end of our professional relations or until you decide to cancel or object to the processing of your contact data.
Exclusive for customers Invoices, delivery notes, quotations and contracts Your personal data will be processed until the end of the contractual relationship.
Once the contractual relationship has ended, and for commercial purposes, your data will be kept for a period of 6 years in compliance with the provisions of the Commercial Code.
For tax purposes, your data will be kept for a period of 4 years in compliance with the General Tax Law.

 

5. What are your rights in relation to data processing?

You as data owner have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of a processing of your data, to access your personal data, to request the rectification of data that are inaccurate or, where appropriate, request deletion, when among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or you as a data subject withdraw the consent given.
ANFAGUA will process and retain your data in accordance with current legislation, without prejudice to the fact that you as a data subject may request in any case, the limitation of the processing of your data.
In certain cases, you may exercise your right to data portability, which will be delivered in a structured, commonly used or machine-readable format to you or to the new data controller you designate.
You will have the right to revoke your consent at any time for any of the processing for which you have given it.

We have forms for the exercise of all the aforementioned rights, however, you can also use those developed by the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
You will have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency in the event that you consider that the exercise of your rights has not been properly addressed.
The maximum term to resolve will be one month from the receipt of your request.
In the event of any modification of your data, please inform us duly in writing in order to keep your data updated.
